Black Tea Honey Milk blends the boldness of black tea, the creaminess of milk, and the soothing sweetness of honey into a comforting and timeless drink. Served hot or iced, it’s a naturally indulgent and cozy sip for any season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ tsp black tea leaves or 12 black tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 12 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Steep black tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes to create a strong infusion.
  2. Stir honey into the hot tea until fully dissolved.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently warm the milk until steamy, not boiling.
  4. Combine the tea and milk in a mug or glass and stir gently.
  5. For iced version, chill the tea-honey mixture, pour over ice, and top with cold milk.

Notes

Use a frother to turn this into a creamy latte-style drink. Try Earl Grey for a citrus twist or add spices like cinnamon or ginger for extra comfort. Honey dissolves best in warm tea, not cold.
