Earl Grey Tea Milk, also known as Earl Grey Milk Tea or Earl Grey Latte, is a comforting blend of black tea infused with bergamot, combined with creamy milk and a touch of sweetener for a soothing, aromatic drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf
  • 1/2 cup hot water (200°F / 93°C)
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or oat/soy milk)
  • Sweetener to taste (vanilla syrup, honey, sugar, or maple syrup)
  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Steep tea in freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes to create a strong concentrate.
  2. Warm your milk in a saucepan or use a frother; froth if desired for latte texture.
  3. Pour tea into a mug, add warmed milk, and sweeten to taste. Stir gently and enjoy hot.
  4. For iced version: Cool the brewed tea. In a tall glass, add ice, milk, sweetener, and pour tea over the top. Stir before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality Earl Grey with a robust black tea base for best results. Oat milk barista blends work great for a dairy-free option.
