This creamy and refreshing strawberry milk tea captures the sweet, fruity flavor of strawberries in a smooth, pink-hued drink. Whether served hot or iced, it’s a delightful treat for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberry puree or 23 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1 cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed black or green tea (optional)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave)
  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Blend fresh strawberries into a smooth puree. Strain for a silkier texture or simmer with sweetener for a richer syrup.
  2. Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. If using tea, brew and keep it warm.
  3. Add the strawberry base to a mug or glass. Pour in warm milk and optional tea. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. For iced version, chill the puree and tea, combine with cold milk, add ice cubes, and serve in a tall glass.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the most authentic flavor. Plant-based milks like oat or almond also pair wonderfully. Optional tea adds depth, but the drink is delicious without it.
